Ramy Helal Visit 1

Before our visit to the school, I was somewhat concerned about what we will be doing and I had somewhat of an expectation that the visit would be chaotic with children everywhere and extremely uncooperative. However, that was totally not the case and the people in my group to say the least were very sweet, outgoing, and nice. Me and the group decided that our first visit was mostly just to break the ice and get to know the children and giving them a chance to get to know them. We played a few games and activities to break the ice including hangman for our names. After getting to know them and playing games like cloud 4, we started discussing what our course was about and what area interested them the most. It was a unanimous agreement that they all wanted to learn more about AI and how they can utilize such a tool to their studies, hobbies, and personal life. Overall the children were very responsive and id like to assume that they enjoyed their time whilst also benefiting from it, and as a group I feel we were very organized and had good chemistry. For the next time, we need to prepare content about AI and have everything laid out so we can maximize the learning outcome.
